It was my great honor and pleasure to be able to give a speech to my graduating class on August 19, 2000
Rawr
rawr MERAW CLAW siblings and honored guests.
It is an incredible honor and privilege to stand before you today,
representing the CLAW University class of August 2000.
I feel so fortunate to have been given this opportunity.
I love CLAW and I love University. I
have been taught by a very special group of instructors.
If I had my way, I would continue with classes until I had taken every
one of them!
We
graduates have many varied interests and have followed diverse paths in our
studies, but have reached a common goal…that of earning one or more degrees
from CLAW University. All of us
have taken classes in which we have learned of our history and explored our
potential. We have learned how to
get along with each other as well as how to exist peacefully with non-feline
species. In some classes, we have
received knowledge of strange and wonderful things.
In some, we have been given wonderful, practical knowledge that we can
apply to our daily lives. We have
learned recreation as well as contemplation.
In some classes, we have gained valuable knowledge that can even save our
lives!
We have
been serious in our studies, but have been treated to wonderfully entertaining
classes, taught by very bright and dedicated instructors.
I can’t begin to say enough in praise of our CLAW University
professors. Our instructors have a
variety of teaching methods, but have, without exception, unselfishly given
their time in an effort to enlighten us. They
have taken great care to craft their lessons in ways that facilitate learning
and have been successful in doing so. We
will be forever indebted to everyone affiliated with and actively involved with
CLAW University. To our CLAW
leader, dear Queen Midnight, our President, Rhett Kincaid Butler, all of our
University officers, the dedicated teachers and the technical workers we give
our heartfelt thanks.
We leave here with enlightened minds, enhanced knowledge and wonderful new friends. We will be forever grateful to CLAW University for broadening our horizons! Thank You!
